Default Ebay Seller Alert: Thomaroma52

Just an alert on this 1953 Bowman #44 Bauer/Mantle/Berra card:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1953-Bowman...0&LH_Auction=1

I won this card from the seller Thomaroma52 three weeks ago in an eBay auction. I paid for the card within 6 hours of the auction closing.

Two days later I received an email from the seller stating that he had accidentally double listed the card and it was already sold. When asked where the other listing was the seller stated that he did not have to tell me that information.

Later the seller emailed me again and admitted he did have the card but he was cancelling the sale because the purchase price was below what he bought the card for and he was "unwilling to take a loss on the card."

Just wanted to make the community aware. Bid with full knowledge.

Per board rules, my name is Jim McKinley (eBay id: jimmckinley)
