Default E107's in Legendary Backs

This might've been discussed before, but why do a lot of the backs have the same star staining in the upper left? Any help would be appreciated.

They are from one of five identifiable original collections. These were all "tipped" in with the old picture album corner mounts. Over the years the exposed area toned up from the sulphur content of the paper album pages they were in contact with.

Pete

I noticed that too. Barry Sloate said in a different thread that those cards came out of the same collection, which came to light a number of years ago. It must have been some find!

John.....thanks for clearing that up. At first, it looked like Hello Kitty to me (probably because of the 7 and 3 year old girls living in my house) but now I see it...........

I'm assuming one is that the owner wears white vans-type tennis shoes.......

It's not very often that I literally laugh out loud at something posted on this forum, but yep.... that did it.
