Default Yet Another Mickey Mantle "Is It Real" Show and Tell

This is a large magazine photo, possibly LIFE Magazine with a signature that shows "To Charlie, Mickey Mantle".

Can anyone date what issue the photo might have come out of on the possibility this could be an early Mantle sig? I might have discounted the authenticity except for the fact of where this came from - Lefty O'Doul's estate. O'Doul owned a popular downtown San Francisco that bears his name (and still operates) which was a popular hangout for athletes and celebrities.

Opinions on the signature?

Thanks for looking.

The signature is in the style of an early Mantle signature. Is the image of Mantle later in his career?

I'm no autograph expert, but that image of Mick is DEFINITELY from later in his career.

Well, that pretty much negates the possibility the signature is real.

Unless of course a rookie Mick traveled through time to sign a photo from the mid 60s.
