Yes, I am glad he (hey David) won it too. It was a fight to the end!!
He has far more energy than I do and they went to a good home. Now, if this would have been Burdick letters we might still be bidding!!

Thanks, Leon. If there were some Burdick letters, I think you would probably be able to outbid me, but you never know. I have one Burdick autograph, in this inscription of his "Handbook of Detroit Publishing Co. Post Cards" to Fanny Troyer. Looks like it could have been written yesterday.
