Sharp looking card, I have always felt that Minnie is one of the more under-rated players.

His Bowman "RC" is part of my Breaking The Color Line Collection. Minoso is one of the players who successfully moved from the Negro League to the Majors. He was also the first Black player to play for the Chicago White Sox, May 1, 1951.

I did not know that.

I hope Minoso gets some attention for the HOF, especially with his passing earlier this year. Great player, early Cuban star, and a fantastic story across many decades. Especially in Chicago where he starred for so long. (Happy he also played for Cleveland even for just a short time)

Love both his '52 bowman and topps cards - and this is a centered beauty
