Does anyone know if Vintage Card Prices numbers are more accurate?

Just to clarify......
I didn't submit a "Best Offer" because that wasn't an option. I simply sent the seller a message via eBay offering him $600.00. He then sent me an "offer" (to purchase for $600.00). If I remember correctly, the offer expired in 24 or 48 hours.
