Default Pay it forward game check this out!

Posted By: Sean

I was watching the movie "Pay it Forward" the other day and thought
maybe that would be a cool thing to do on the forum. It would work
like this:

-Someone posts a pre WW2 card theyd like to pay forward.
-The first person who posts "Ill take it" FIRST, gets the card. When you see that you are the first THEN post the card youd like to pay forward, and so on....
The only rules are no cards valued over $100 (to avoid arguments) and
no super duper beaters (like a ripped in half playball).
- I think it would be best to limit each of us to 1 pay it forward so everyone has a chance at something cool.

Of course I want to play too so when I win a card, someone will have to start a new.

I figured probably every forum member has some card that they dont
really collect that theyd gladly trade for something else. I for one
have a lot of pre ww2 cards valued under $20 that I can't bring myself
to sell cause its so little money.

Here is my pay it forward, if you want it, here it is, come and get it.

Ok. The idea is interesting. I'll take it, but I'll have to post my scan in the morning....Didn't see this till very late (early) Thursday morning. I'll be posting a T206 Sweet Cap. type pin (i forget which player it is), but a pin for pin to start...I'm curious about this.

I'll offer up this P2 Sweet Cap. Thomas. It's got a couple of tobacco stains, but it's a nice little pin. I've had it for awhile, but it just doesn't "fit" in my collection. I'm having enough fun with the T206 cards. It goes to the first person who says they'll take it!

Sean: The pin you posted impresses me, I'll take it over the Colgans.

Also, should we move this to the BST section?
