Default Show some early World Series programs!

I collect early Red Sox items, so I have their attainable early World Series programs in my collection. (1903 and 1918 are out of my price range.)

Would love to see any other early World Series programs which folks have out there as well!

Scott

Today's World Series programs can't hold a candle to these gems. The 2015 program, for example, was produced by MLB and except for two local sections produced by the Mets and Royals, felt more like a generic magazine about the Fall Classic than a true program. Even then - the local sections are exactly the same as the local sections in the LCS programs, except for a page talking about how the team got to the LCS/WS.

Nevertheless, there's nothing more beautiful than a table full of World Series programs, available at cover price, and you can get as many as you want...

Does anyone have any images of ballpark vendors selling World Series programs?

Alright - here's another super cool one. Check out the name written on the top of the program. This program was scored by her in her hand! Her husband played for the Senators (and was a pretty decent pitcher if I must say).

Perhaps not quite as 'early' as some, I remember getting each of these 5 signatures, including meeting Joe Garagiola in Arizona in response to a letter that I had sent to him.
