Ted Williams help
I picked this up last weekend. I didn't buy it for the signature, and didn't pay extra because of it.
I bought it for the item that is signed - a scored program to his last game on Sept 28, 1960. So theoretically, this is a circa 1960 autograph. After getting it home, I compared it to some JSA and PSA authenticaed signatures online and some of the characteristics look right to me - the transition from the "d" to the "W", the loop in the second "i", the "s" at the end. But I don't have the experience or expertise to really know how to evaluate a signature. I would appreciate the thoughts of those in the know. Thanks for looking. |

I'm not as familiar with his playing-days signature, but it appears likely good to me.
