Arrow Yankees Team Signed Baseball circa 1930

Autographs aren't my line of expertise and vintage Yankees even less. Picked this up recently and although I like the item I'm a game used guy at heart.

The Ruth signature on the sweet spot I feel fairly certain is a clubhouse variety. Other visible signatures include Earle Combs, Leo Durocher, and Waite Hoyt. Also a signature that I believe may be George Pipgras. There may be others that could be identified.

On something like this I couldn't even guess a value due to the likely clubhouse Ruth and the condition (shellac, missing portions, staining, etc).

Asking price is $1,000. I'll consider any and all offers.

Interested persons can either PM me or email me at tim@hofbats.com.

I believe Durocher was only there in 1928 and 1929 so it would have to be one of those years. If 1928, championship year. The Ruth is a clubhouse and that is the only signature you can see well. You may want to look up some of the others to narrow the year. Even with the toning there is always a market for a 1920's Yankees ball. Good luck

Thanks for the info. I did check Durocher out and he was with the Yankees briefly in 1925, and then 1928 and 1929. Assuming the ball is a 1929-31 that would date the ball conclusively to 1929.
