1960 Topps Brown Back
Can someone tell me something about this 1960 Topps Brown Back card?
The Don Newcombe card is on a brown paper stock, which is different than the Monboquette, which is the standard stock for 1960s Grey backs.

Disregard, I think my guess that it was a Venezuelan was likely wrong.
