Default Opinion on a sale

Hi All - I would like to hear opinions on this. Sold a customer a Ryan RC earlier in the year for $265. He stopped in recently and questioning if the card might be trimmed. I told him we could submit it and if it came back as trimmed we would refund him. It came back at miscut. I was told by PSA that they dont grade if it was a poor cut from the mfr. It is actually oversized. They did not charge me for it. I have no problem guaranteeing something if it comes back trimmed. Not sure on this one. It is not a screamer to begin with 3-4 range.

Refund the guy and submit the card again....who knows, it might get a grade the 2nd time around.

I have an oversized Munson rookie and a 66 Mays. Can't begin to tell you how many times I've thought about trimming those down to 3 1/2 x 2 1/2.....
