Default OT - Anyone Know Frank Ward?

Posted By: Steven Finley

Having recently moved to the Nashville area I have grown particularly fond of the AAA team here, even though I'm a die-hard Cardinals fan and they're a Brewers' farm team. A few months ago on local radio I heard a small portion of an interview with one of the new owners of the Nashville Sounds, a man by the name of Frank Ward. He professed his love of pre-war collecting and I was really interested in contacting him. If anyone here knows him I would love to talk some cardboard with him at a game and would love to get in touch with him.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure that the Frank Ward that bought this baseball team is not the Frank Ward from net54.

It's not our Frank Ward. The owner of the Nashville club lives in New York and is a real estate mogul...our Frank lives in Hawaii, surfs and is a baseball card mogul. wink.gif

Well, then the question becomes, when is our Frank buying a minor league team in Hawaii so we can all visit and take in a game?

When I was trying to look him up I came across centuryoldcards.com which I'm guessing belongs to Hawaiian Frank. Great cards by the way. If anyone does any business with the New York Frank Ward let me know, I'd love to contact him.
