Default George Burke Photo "Lists" - Got Any?

Below is a scan of George Burke's price list for his baseball player photos, circa 1940. In it, he mentions several of his "other" lists of available photos that could be sent upon request (these being in addition to his standard catalog/list of available MLB single-player photos).

Does anyone have or know where one might obtain any of these additional lists, either as originals or photocopies or scans? I have only encountered his regular MLB single-player lists (printed in small type on a large sheet of newsprint-type paper, a format which I assume these would follow as well).

According to this price list, there should be lists for:

1. American Association
2. Team Groups
3. Groups of Two and Three Players
4. Players of Yesterday
5. Players in Street Clothes

Also, if anyone has any original Burke photos that they want to sell at these prices, I'll take 'em all

Here's another Burke ad I had tucked away in my files.

Thank you for posting the ad, Dave. Pretty sure I've seen that one before (perhaps one of the ones he ran in The Sporting News?), but didn't remember him having a full line of still and movie cameras available as well. I believe the list that I have is the "full list" that he offered if you would send him a postcard. I suppose he then offered the other lists as a follow-up if your mind wasn't completely blown by the huge selection of recent ballplayers available in the primary list.

Instead of simply "bumping," thought I would add another ad to the compilation. This one is from the May 13, 1937 issue of The Sporting News.

I would REALLY like to see any of the "other" catalog lists, whether that means trading info, paying for scans, buying outright, etc. Feel free to PM or e-mail me if you have any or have a lead on where to find.

One last try, then I'll let the thread scroll on off the page. If anyone stumbles across this later in the archives, please check back with me.

Also, a big THANK YOU to Ben for sharing information from his "Updated" Single-Player Catalog/List which filled in many gaps. The search continues, but at present, I have 2354 total single-player MLB codes identified. I'm still looking for player IDs that go with the following numbers (hyphens indicate a series of numbers needed, ex. 2009-2014 is 2009 through 2014):

201, 227, 883, 919, 967, 977, 978, 981, 1002, 1055, 1078, 1095, 1229, 1242, 1250, 1266, 1278, 1287, 1369, 1370, 1412, 1429, 1485, 1516, 1676, 1679, 1728, 1731, 1736, 1747, 1786, 1858, 1862, 1865, 1869, 1936, 1967, 1969, 1994, 1998, 2003, 2009-2014, 2017, 2018, 2054-2059, 2061-2065, 2067, 2069-2084, 2086-2090, 2092, 2094, 2095, 2096, 2099, 2100, 2101, 2102, 2104-2108, 2110-2123, 2125-2146, 2148-2175, 2177-2181, 2183-2201, 2203-2221, 2223-2229, 2231-2240, 2242-2246, 2248-2391, 2393-3007, 3009-3501, 3503, 3506, 3507, 3511, 3512, 3517-3520, 3522, 3524, 3527-3532, 3534-3536, 3538-3540, 3543, 3545, 3549, 3551-3553, 3555, 3558, 3561, 3563, 3567-3570, 3572, 3574-3578, 3581, 3582, 3586-3589, 3592, 3595, 3598-3600, 3603-3606, 3608-3611, 3613, 3614, 3616, 3618, 3622, 3623, 3625-3627, 3629, 3632, 3634, 3637, 3638, 3640-3646, 3648-3659, 3661, 3662, 3665, 3667, 3673, 3674, 3676, 3677, 3679, 3687-3693, 3695, 3697-3699, 3701-3710, 3712-3723, 3725-3727, 3730-3737, 3741-3744, 3750-3752, 3754, 3755, 3757-3760, 3762, 3763, 3765-3768, 3770, 3771, 3773-3775, 3777-3814, 3816, 3818, 3819, 3821-3824, 3827-3832, 3834-3837, 3839-3841, 3843-3855, 3857-3862, 3864-3887, 3889-3891, 3895, 3896, 3898-3902, 3905, 3910-3915, 3917, 3918, 3920-3922, 3924, 3925, 3928, 3930-3950, 3952-3956, 3958, 3959, 3962-3964, 3966-3982, 3984, 3985, 3988-4003, 4005-4008, 4010, 4011, 4013, 4015-4024, 4026, 4027, 4035, 4037, 4038, 4040-4044, 4046-4055, 4057-4064, 4066-4070, 4073, 4075-4086, 4088, 4089, 4091-4094, 4096, 4097, 4101-4109, 4112, 4114-4115, 4119-4127, 4130-4138, 4140, 4142-4144, 4146, 4149-4197, 4199-4266, 4268-4322, 4324, 4327-4332, 4334-4340, 4342-4373, 4376-5029, 5031-5034, 5036-5064, 5066-5075, 5077-5106, 5108-5118, 5120-5141, 5143-6013, 6015-6034, 6036-6038, 6040-6050, 6052, 6053, 6055-up?

I don't know if Burke intentionally left gaps in his numbering, or how long Brace may have continued with the same filing system, but that's where I'm at with my research now. As always, any help is appreciated, even if it is just checking 1 or 2 numbers off the list (scans are appreciated as well). Also looking for information from Group, Minor League, Executive, Umpire and "Old Time" (pre-1930) Player photos for cataloging purposes.
