Default 1908 Ogden Abe Attell

Was going through my Attell collection and noticed I had a double when looking at both cards seen a slight difference in his face. Is this common with the older cards?

there seems to be more definition under the full eye with a two larger wrinkles than the other card. Is this just my imagination?

As you pointed out, one card does seem to have bolder colors. More blacks and deeper colors. I collect a lot of British cigarette cards and have this set. Such differences are quite common actually. I built a lot of this set based on what cards looked sharpest to me when comparing a few dupes in hand.

Lithography variations. You can see this in many litho'd cards. Extreme examples are the missing ink versions of T206.
