48hrs is ridiculous in my opinion.

people travel, vacation, disconnect from the computers/phones down, get sick or even go thru storms that knock people off the grid for a while.

too many plausible reasons to expect, let alone demand a 48hr payment or else.

...or people know he is selling bogus/reprint cards with a disclaimer of "not knowing" and are messing with him by bidding his cards up and not paying.

Trust me I'm with you. I also sometimes worry if I'm incurring some back-room wrath at ebay for all the reporting I do. I don't go looking for items to report. I usually find them when I am price researching for something I am listing myself. With that I probably still report over 20 items a week.
