Default Saw Cut

I have never seen a saw cut on a card other than the 89 Ripken ( but maybe cutting errors occur on all card sets). I had originally thought the saw cuts were intentional to destroy obscenity cards after they were corrected, but have read such cuts also exist on corrected cards like this one.

I have a bunch of these myself but think/know many are fake...maybe created by Fleer employees after the fact and inserted in packs to increase slumping sales. But, even if that is true, they are all collectible in a sense and have some value :
