Default somewhat interesting read..

It looks like it's nothing we don't already know, in the article. Paypal is becoming more of their profit and will continue in that vein. From the comments listed I didn't see 1 happy seller. Ebay has slammed the sellers until they are (now) fed up with it. Of course many of us (me too) still use ebay but not nearly as much as we used to, especially for selling.

after bieing scammed on a meter I needed for work I asked paypal to intervene. Since I found the item on ebay but transacted off ebay they said tough. They also informed me the only reason paypal protects items from Ebay is because Ebay owns Paypal. Glad to know that now. Another reason to get screwed
