Default OT: Cool Story Charlie Culberson Atlanta Braves Topps Card

I wasn't quite sure where to post this, so I figured I'd post it here.

A few days ago I purchased and opened up some 2019 Wave 1 Topps Total baseball packs.

One of the cards I pulled was a Charlie Culberson "Black Bordered" card numbered "2/5."

The card sold yesterday on Ebay.

And as I'm reading the name of the buyer I said to myself "Sure sounds familiar."

Well the buyer of the card was his dad "Charles Culberson."

I found that very cool!!!

He played his first few seasons here in L.A. Always made a point of spending a lot of time signing for kids, chatting with people. Great kid, was sorry to see him leave but hope he's getting more playing time.

We call him 'Charlie Clutch' and suspect he's Dansby Swanson's clone.

I have to admit that I don't know much about today's players, but I thought it was so cool that his dad bought his son's card from me.
