Good afternoon everyone! I have been lurking for awhile and decided it was time to jump in. I'd like to take a second to introduce myself. My name is Dave and I have been collecting sports memorabilia since 1983. Luckily the vintage bug hit me early and I avoided the temptation to buy new "stuff" in the eighties and nineties. I am facinated by all prewar issues and collect them all. I haven't the patience (or budget!) to go for any one set; I collect anything that strikes my fancy.

I look forward to gaining even more knowledge from this great community and even adding something to the discussions (hopefully).

Many folks are at the "National", but a few of us need to work, anyways this is one of the best resources in the hobby. Check in often and have a great day

Thanks, Jimmy. I just got home from work and was doing my usual search for T206 cards. Slim pickings with the National indeed. Wish I was there.
