Default Oddball/Limited card pricing

Seems like there are a lot of baseball card pricing services out there but they seem very limited if not non existent on pricing of oddball or really hard to find cards .....does anyone have a recommendations?

Beckett seems to be way off on some of the scarce 90's inserts/parallels and certain oddball items. I generally look to past eBay sales to get an idea of what a card is actually going for. You could also use worth point which archives prices realized from eBay and other online sales. I only really use worth point to find examples of cards that have sold in the past, but I never actually have seen (1/1's and scarce oddball).

Default Scarce, rare, oddball

I am not aware of anything I would rely on other than researching the item for past auctions on eBay or auction house results. For Topps unissued test sets or scarce or rare items it becomes a matter of what you are willing to pay versus a like minded collector at the time.

And if it's a rare Omar Vizquel or Andres Galarraga, look out. If the three deep-pocketed fans of those guys fight over it, it's going into the thousands...
