Default 1913 Baltimore Terrapins

Though the Federal league was started in 1913, I believe the Terrapins didn't become a team until 1914.

I know the Terrapin logo is pictured on the Baltimore players from the 1914/15 CJs but I am not sure about anything prior.

While there may have been a Baltimore Terrpin team in 1913, it was not part of the Federal League (which was an independent minor league at that point).

The 1913 Federal League teams were Indianapolis, Covington (Kentucky), Pittsburgh, Cleveland, St. Louis, and Chicago. Cleveland folded at the end of the season and Baltimore replaced them for 1914.

The Baltimore Orioles were in the IL in 1914 and 1915, also.

The whole baseball anti-anti-trust laws are based on suits between Terrapins and Orioles .............
