Default Griffey Jr Thoughts

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know the picture isn't that great.

Many Thanks

Thumbs down

I have 5 Griffey's from different points of his career, including early 90s up to an auto signed in 2013, none match up and I've never seen him do the Y like that in any authentic examples. I'd pass if it were offered to me. This looks drawn and not fluid to me

I would say no on this Griffey as well. In addition to the different formation of some of the letters, the thing that immediately jumps out as this being bogus is the writing pressure.

Griffey Jr. has always had a light touch when it comes to signing baseballs. Please see this early exemplar (circa 1989- 1990) that I got IP. Note how light and wispy the overall feel is of the sig. Whoever signed this ball you posted signs while applying much more pressure to the pen.

I hope you find this helpful

The ball and 8X10 were received in person, the dual auto was received in person by a friend who I obtained it from. I hope the reference is useful.
