Default Anything anyone wants me to locate or buy at the National for them

I'm heading to the national today and I'd be happy to keep my eyes peeled (and even proxy buy) a few things for members if they so desire. Anyway let me know if anyone needs anything but can't go and I'll be happy to help out. I'm on the shuttle from lga to ord right now and couldnt be more excited - I'm planning on opening my vintage wax portion of my haul on the plane ride home. Anyway - let me know on the proxy purchases - happy to do it as long as we don't get into crazy money.

Default 1948 Bowman Basketball #53

It is a play card and I'd like to get it already PSA slabbed. SGC is fine as long as it is graded with a numerical identifier. I do not want a trimmed card or graded Authentic card.

Any Numerical grade is fine, the higher the better. Thanks! Mike

Really nice gesture Kevin!

If you happen to see any interesting T206 Dode Paskerts (scraps, miscuts, color variations, printers marks, back stamps, or even the elusive Drum or Blank Back), I would be interested.

Also looking for the 1910 T213-1 Coupon version and the T214 Victory and T215 Red Cross.

Best,

Steve

I would be interested in anything that can be flipped for a quick profit.

If you find something, just go ahead and buy it, and sell it while you're at the show. You can settle up with me when you get home.

Don't do anything unless the profit is more than $100. I don't want to waste my time.

I'd be interested to know if you run across any rare/unusual cards of either Charles "Whitey" Glazner or Bill "Baby Doll" Jacobson. 7I3-446-2I27

N172 Old Judge Silver Flint (Catching, Hands Waist High, Wearing Mask), and a 1972 Topps Cloth Sticker Roy White would be cool.

Heh, I can just see the OP perusing the convention floor with this huge, eclectic wantlist made up from the members of Net54.

A great gesture, Kevin!

Kevin,
Most cards on my want list would likely be Ted Williams cards you are already looking for.

Sadly(and classicly) at about 1015 my phone died! I did manage to buy a Jimmie Foxx for one member and a clemente for another to complete the first two requests. My plan was 3+ but Im sorry to say I missed the rest of these requests - apologies I did not anticipate the volume of requests or my battery use. Anyway next year I'll try to get the first 5 or so. National was great - met Leon - he thought he had a Ted Goudey Premium w Heritage but alas did not. Also saw Jizmo in the flesh and bought a 1956 Topps Pins box for $34.00!
