Default Early Pittsburgh Pirates RPPC

I have a few things listed on eBay right now including this real photo postcard with the Pirates team.I researched the uniform sleeve on the HOF website Dressed to the Nines:

The P on the sleeve indicates that it's a Pirates uniform.
Here's a link to the postcard:

The auction ends Sunday night. Thanks for looking ... Ed (edtiques)

Truman was a lefty? I wonder if McCarthy knew that. I've seen pictures of him signing documents right handed. I wonder why he throws left handed.

It looks like he was probably ambidextrous. This is from Baseball-Almanac.com:

04-15-1946 President Harry S. Truman is the first left-handed President to throw out the first pitch.
08-17-1948 President Harry S. Truman is the first to attend a night game (in Washington).
04-18-1950 President Harry S. Truman is the first to throw out two first pitches - one left-handed and one right-handed.
07-04-1952 President Harry S. Truman is the first to attend a game on the fourth of July.

Thanks. I wonder why he threw out a pitch from each side?
Anyway, the dressed to the 9s website shows that the Pirates wore that same
uniform from 1923 to 1931. The huge guy standing next to the little guy in the picture looks like Big Jim Weaver and Lloyd Waner. Weaver was on the Pirates from 1931-1933, so I'd guess the picture is from 1931. It's hard to tell for sure.
Good luck with the sale.

You're right about the uniform.I saw the 1925 had an embelem on the chest and assumed they were different after that.I'll have to change it.Thank you for the correction.
If you're interested,I also have that Truman photo listed on eBay.
