Default Dating on George Burke Postcards

In the SCP Preview, there is a lot of what they say is 1930s Real Photo postcards with many from George Burke. The link is here: Link

Since SCP can be erratic in their lot titles/descriptions, is the dating for these postcards correct? (e.g., 1930s and not something more recent) Also, are these postcards relativey common or fairly scarce? Thanks!

I am almost positive these are Jim Rowe postcards, produced in the 70's and 80's.

If anybody wins this lot thinking these are 1930's Postcards, they are going to be extremely disappointed.

The backs shown have KODAK stamp boxes, and that stamp box started in 1950. Almost all of Burke's 1930s photos, big to small, had his name and Belmont Ave. Chicago address stamped on back. Though they show only a handful of backs, so maybe there are original Burkes in the lot.
