There most expensive item sold is $30 and now they are selling a Gem Mint 10 Mantle Rookie. No picture of the back of the card scares me certainly.

Default PSA Holder

Something definitely seems off about this listing. The seller is selling such a high grade card but only includes one picture, one that is publically available on PSA's website, http://www.psacard.com/photograde/. If I were bidding, I would definitely request additional pictures and a little provenance to verify that the seller actually owns the card pictured.

On a separate note, does anyone else know why the label on this card is so different from that of all of the other PSA 1952 Topps Mantle cards? It looks to be a real card and real case given that it is the actual card listed on the PSA website, but the label looks very strange to me and would otherwise cause me to question its authenticity.

Well I've gone and reported the card. If others would too, that will help raise the flag over at ebay.

And while we're at it, does anyone know Marshall Fogel? He should be notified someone is "selling" his card!

Default It's Bogus

This card is as fake as a 3-dollar bill. The flip has the original first generation inkjet font, yet the holder has the post-WIWAG tampering evident design along the seams (the 4 clear spots along the sonically welded edges). Those two features were introduced about 10 years apart and have never been used by PSA simultaneously.

Fake. Fake. Fake. Looks like it was made up in Photoshop.

I reported it to someone that works with the ebay fraud team. He circumvents much of the red tape and has great success in getting things pulled. That card would be 1m-2m (maybe more) if it were a real auction.....

Sometimes in trying to our best to keep the hobby a bit cleaner, forum members force a fool to part with his money another day!

I hope it would scare him enough to use more sense in the future.
