Lesser Grade Bat Lot Value Questions - Scan Heavy
After making a GREAT buy at a garage sale on a Vintage Frisch Reach bat, my Dad went back to see if “they” had any other bats.
Although they did, I THINK that my Dad MIGHT HAVE struck out on this lot – but I will let you tell me that. I would appreciate your collective thoughts regarding the value AND your interest in this lot of 3 bats, if any. (A little scan heavy…) Bat 1 – Mickey Mantle 125 Louisville Slugger, powerized, 35” long – cracked, pen marks, scratches, NI mossing chunks. Bat 2 – Hillerich & Bradsby Co. Model No. 02 Cracker Jack Special 29” long – UNCRACKED, chunk missing from the knob, “dents” on the end of the barrel and near the end of the barrel, “dents” (?) near the word Special. Bat 3 – A. J. Reach Co. Model 50A, 29 ¾” long – UNCRACKED, chunks missing from the knob, SLIGHT delamination beginning. Please feel free to PM me if you have any interest in making me an offer on them. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN IN ADVANCE - EQUIPMENT just ain't my specialty!! |
