Default RARE PACKERS ODDBALL......Looking for 1934 Robert Jones Diamond Matchbook

We all know the Packers "Holy Grail" is the 1932 Walkers Cleaners. 1961 Lake to Lake is up there also. Early Wheaties Don Hutson and 1933-34 Packers Diamond Matchbooks. 1968 Champion Corn Flakes. I am attaching some of my rare Packers Oddball that should rank up there also.1969 Kelly's Chip Zip Stickers,1969 NFL Vending Gumball cards and 1979 Icee MSA Disc's. There is a real rare 1934 Robert Jones [Packers]Diamond Matchbook. I've never seen the Matchbook. Can anyone confirm if he has a Packer issued Matchbook or was it an Indiana Hoosier issued. Please post scan if you guys can find one. A teammate from 1934 Al Norgard had a Packer issued Matchbook. Just wondering what???????? Thanks, Wayne

Great thread, Wayne! I got your msg about the Zip Chips but haven't had a chance to track mine down yet.

The 1934 Diamond Matchbooks of the Green Bay Packers are tough, tough, tough to find. Not sure if Bob Jones was a Packer in that set or not.

Here are some more tough ones for ya from the '33 set.

Here's a few more Packers items

This is from 1928, Vol 1 #1 of the Bulletin

A couple Walker's Cleaners

1932 Waldham's Oil premium

1936 Hutson Wheaties

1939 Championship Program

And a 1945 Packers vs. New London Diesel's program, signed by Hutson. The Packers were on the east coast and had an open week so they played this charity game in Connecticut against the team from the New London Boat Yard, which during the war had a number of pro players stationed there.

So its Championship photos you want, huh? Incredibly, the Packers are STILL the only franchise to win three straight NFL Championships.
