Default Set of T3's

I love looking at the T3's even though I only have two myself. I thought it would be neat to see if we could put together the set in this thread. I'll start with the #1 card of Mordecai Brown.

How bout putting together the set limiting Board members to one card a piece. Let's see just how many T3 collectors there are or at least memebers who have a few. Here's my contribution:

This one has been well loved, or perhaps abused.

Here is my one and only Turkey Red. I traded one of Jordan away back in the late 70s and I've regreted it ever since. I found this one on eBay about two years ago. I'm convinced this set is the best of all of them ...

Picked this one because it was my first T3, I love the gear, plus who can't like a pose of a catcher stooped at 1st, 3rd or on the mound?

Jeff- This is my favorite card of all time. Tried going for Cobb in Mastro and it got out of control. Nice copy.

I have all 8 Detroit players, these are framed under glass, that is the glare. Here are 2, the one on the left is a proof of Schmidt.

Ty Cobb, Spikes flying!

David, thanks for complement on the Tag at the end of my posts.

I love the Carrigan card, the trees in the background and the random bat lying in the grass - classic!

Cool. I only have one, but it's not taken yet so here's Mullin. The back is the no-ad version.

Great cards, folks!

Aside to Joe "jcmtiger": Just to say that I always get a little kick when I read your "Spikes flying" tagline. Conjures in my mind's eye a black-and-white image of Cobb with that little maniacal grin kicking up a cloud of dust. It's downright poetic and makes the rest of the upside-down moms and anything is possible taglines look lame in comparison.

Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about.

This is a very good thread...to show off some of the best cards ever!
Stone's image is one of my faves.

This is a borrowed scanner,I tried to keep the file size down, probably too much but...here it is. You can still see the great pose!
