Default 1940 Play Ball signed Honus Wagner, Need Opinion Guys! Crazy find this past weekend

Hello guys, i have been collecting autographs for the past 15 years, i have owned Clemente PSA/DNA signed cards, Thurman Munson PSA/DNA signed cards, autos from Gehrig, Ruth to name a few, but not a Wagner. Let me cut to the chase...my wife and i where driving near Oakland hills this weekend where my wife likes to go to garage sales and pick up little stuff like old furniture and nick nacks. So we stumbled on to a really nice house probably worth a million dollars or two rich neighborhood called Piedmont California about 20 miles away where i live. We got out of the car and decided to look around, i noticed a really old scrap book of baseball stuff mainly old baseball pirates newspaper clippings from the late 30's and 40's As i looked i noticed the back of a 1940 playball signed by Honus Wagner. I told myself "OH MY GOD".....so i decided to get the owner of the home in a conversation which was a woman she appeared to be around in her mid 60's of age, i asked where did these old clippings come from. She stated, "my grandfather was from Pittsburgh he would go to the games and was a huge Pirates fan. Well enough said.........

I need your opinions guys on the autograph, so far it looks good to me, but im not sure it looks like it had been signed in fountain pen, but what i do know is that the card is a genuine play ball card. The front of the card did get torn when i pulled it off the scrap book......HELP HELP

Here's another "later in life" Wagner for comparison:

You are right Jim.
Pretty shady thread there.
For $200 his reputation, on this board, is dead in the water now.
