Default Did anyone see this Mantle strip card?

Rare? Original VTG Mickey Mantle Baseball (Strip Card Topps Bowman 1952 Rookie?)

It sold yesterday on Ebay, I looked at it, and pondered about bidding on it.
I even sent Bestdj777 a Pm about it. Wondered what it was from? and if it was fake/authentic?

Anyone here buy it? If so...Would someone post some more info about it here

I saw it and stayed away. I have never seen another one, so it doesn't seem like it was an issued item. It looks like it was cut off a box or something, and the seller ( who also does not know what it is ) is guessing and calling this a " strip card " and throwing around Bowman and 1952. I don't believe this item is anywhere near that old. I'm just guessing too though.

Although this is likely not from the early 50s as the seller implies, it wouldn't surprise me if it was produced in the 60s. The cardboard certainy has that look to it. I agree that it was likely cut from a box, or maybe a poster or something. Curious to find out what it came from if anyone knows?

I didn't see more than 20-30 dollars in value here. Assuming it is a box cut, what are your thoughts on value?

I'll bet its just a pic from a magazine glued neatly to some cardboard. I doubt seriously that its an "undiscovered" Mantle issue. Someone can probably find that pic in a 1960s Baseball Magazine.

It is actually a very common photo if you do a search on google
