Default Bond Bread cards with square corners are vintage

Hi, I knew Id seen this pic below a few years ago, but could never find it again. Well I was going through some pics on an old computer and found it again.

This is the proof that many of the 1947 Bond Bread cards were later printed with square corners and issued in a boxed set/series.

I remember Ted Z saying he though they were from ca.1950

here is the proof...

ca.1950 W571's inside their original boxes

But then again not all square corner cards are authentic, there are also modern reprints that were made with the image being of lower quality, and I believe the card stock is a different color on back too.

I don't know how to post this link exactly, but it is from April 3, 2009 on the old board. There was a long detailed discussion about the Bond Bread issue. Try this link. Copy it and paste it, you should be able to go to the spot you are looking for.

Hi Frank,

I have one or two of those packets with the cards still in it. I will try to find it and scan it, but the cards inside have rounded corners, not square ones.
