Default 1966 Topps Rub Offs

A dozen or so years ago, I nearly completed this insert set, but turned away to focus on other things.

I recently returned to it, and the same 3 I could never find then are the same 3 which seem near impossible to find now - Max Alvis, the Reds pennant and the Cards pennant. Each is present on e-bay today - the Alvis is a miscut, the Reds pennant is asking $30, and the Cards is getting bids.

So, I'm curious - are these considered short printed in any way?

Finished the set years ago and have not followed it since but at the last Chicago National I saw large uncut single row “sheets” and rolls of them.

I completed my set about 6 years ago. There were about 20 of the rub-offs that seemed to be harder to find and took me a while to acquire.

However, none of the 3 you are looking for were ones that were hard to find for me.
