Default ok.....time to look at your colgans. (back question)

Posted By: Joe Jones

I recently purchased a few colgans from a few different people. One colgan I bought from an old collection. It has a noticably different back font color, it looks brown. Is this a variation of the set or just some fluke or damaged card? Or maybe my eyes are going bad Please let me know what you think and maybe check your colgans for more examples like this one. (card pictured on right).

Not sure if it's a variation or not. Where the heck did you find any lately? I need some if you have dupes. I will look at the back of mine and let you know. Do you have the '208 in present series' back?

I bought most of them from a friend who has had them for many years. I do not have dupes....yet or the "208 in present series".

Tom, there doesn't seem to be too many Colgans out there right now, I haven't made much headway in my set over the past few months. I have a couple dupes-including a few tougher guys that I would be happy to trade for ones I need. How many of the "208's" do you have?
