100) URBAN SHOCKER Clean album page removed from an autograph album , Signed singly in the center in flowing fountain pen. Shocker is famously rare as he passed away in 1928 at age 38 , Shocker pitched for the Yankees from 1925-1928 going a lofty 18-6 in 1927. Single signed items by him are nearly impossible and he is generally regarded as certainly one of the three RAREST autographs from the 1927 Yankees team and the most rare autograph of all of the main rostered players. Comes with a beautiful unsigned 8x10 photo of Shocker in Yankees uniform that was obtained from the Cooperstown "National Baseball Library and Archive Photo collection" Perfect for display. Also includes a Letter of Authenticity from JSA authentication who states in their letter "This is one of the nicer ones we have ever seen" and I agree ! 101) HAPPY JOE FINNERAN COMPLETE 1918 YANKEES PLAYERS CONTRACT ALSO SIGNED BY BAN JOHNSON & JACOB RUPPERT This is the ONLY autograph of Finneran known to exist in the hobby. Truly unique also in that it was his last major league contract signed mid season from the Detroit Tigers in 1918 he finished out his career with the New York Highlanders/Yankees. This is the old large format Yankees contract that is four pages and measures 8 1/2 x 14. Including the official notorized seal of the club. In pristine condition despite the fact that it is almost 100 years old. Signed by JOE FINNERAN on page three which is also signed by Hall of Fame Yankees owner Jacob Ruppert , Signed by League President & also a member of the Hall of Fame Ban Johnson on the last page. A pitcher for the 1912-1913 Phillies he played in the Federal League in 1914-15 and for the Tigers and Yankees in 1918. He was only 51 years old when he died in 1942 !!! Comes with a beautiful unsigned 8x10 photo of Finneran in Phillies uniform that was obtained from the Cooperstown "National Baseball Library and Archive Photo collection" Perfect for display. $2,500.00
102) MARTIN "CHICK" AUTRY Complete New York Yankees payroll check dated Nov 10th 1924. Measures 3 1/4 x 9. Made out to Autry who has endorsed the reverse. Signed on the front by Hall of Fame members JACOB RUPPERT & ED BARROW. Signed at the end of his Rookie season in 1924 , Autry would also play for the 1926-28 Cleveland Indians and 1929-30 Chicago White Sox. He was only 46 years old when he died in 1950. Amazingly scarse early Yankees autograph. Comes with a beautiful unsigned 8x10 photo of Autry in uniform Perfect for display. $950.00
103) EROS "CY" BARGER Vintage 1940's signed 3x5. Extremely rare autograph ! A pitcher for the early 1906-07 Highlanders/Yankees and 1910-12 Brooklyn teams, also played for Pittsburgh in the Federal League in 1914-15. Wera is best remembered as a member of the 1927 Yankees he also played for the 1929 Yankees and died in 1975. $175.00
111) WILCY MOORE Complete personal check made out completely in his hand and dated 11/26/1960 and signed nicely. Measures 2 3/4 x 6. Played for the Red Sox and Yankees between 1927-1933. As a rookie he led the league in ERA in 1927 while playing for the fabled 1927 Yankees. He died in 1963. $150.00
112) RAY MOREHART 3x5 index card. Comes with a beautiful unsigned 8x10 photo of Morehart in Yankees uniform that was obtained from the Cooperstown "National Baseball Library and Archive Photo collection" Perfect for display. Morehart played for the 1924 & 1926 White Sox but is best remembered as one of the last surviving members of the 1927 Yankees he died in 1989. $50.00

115) CASEY STENGEL Vintage Government postcard signed in fountain pen. Postmarked on the reverse November 1st 1951 signed in only his 2nd season as Yankees manager. Considered to be one of the greatest managers in history he managed the Yankees dynasty teams of the 1950's and was the first manager of the 1962 Mets. Inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966 he died in 1975. $150.00
118) GEORGE STIRNWEISS SIGNED COMPLETE PERSONAL CHECK Made out entirely in his own hand and signed boldly Dated 1/22/1949. Measures 3x8. A college football star before being signed to play for the Yankees in 1943, he led the league in batting in 1945. he remained with the Yankees until 1950 before playing for the Browns and Cleveland. He died in a train accident when a bridge collapsed in 1958. $175.00
