Default Anyone know what this is?

Recent EBay purchase and I have no idea what it is. Pictures Tom Seaver and Jerry Koosman at the 1969 Parade. Card measures 6" X 7 1/2", back is blank.

Ideas?

Looks like a World Series celebration in New York .
The card looks like something that would be poped out of a book.

I'm a Seaver collector and I'm stumped. But I would like it. Please contact me if you're interested in selling or trading. Thanks.

The card is from a set included with a filmstrip series that was used in history classes in schools. I purchased a set 10 or 15 years ago. I believe there are only a few sports related cards, with this one being one of them. The set is packed away, so I can't confirm the publisher at this time. Hope this info helps.
