Default Help identifying an 1800's cabinet

Hello,

Would anyone be able to help identify the set and value for this card? It is incredible tough to read. It is marked "Frank Weber" on the back.

For what it's worth, here's a Hanover lineup from an 1895 scorebook that I have from that league.
