I believe Mike Baker was still there when PSA graded the collection. If so, not his finest hour.

Do you mean a zero feedback seller can't sell a ~500K card on EBay?

He can not, particularly in a case like this where the seller doesn't own the card that he's auctioning. My guess is that the true owner contacted ebay.
