Looks like an authentic Country Cookin postcard which all had facsimile Mantle print and signature on the back.

Yeah, first thing to do would be to check it for live ink. If not live, then it's a printed copy.
Second would be to put it in the Memorabilia/Autograph section for advice, not the main forum.

Like Ben said, it's a Country Cookin postcard. It's a preprinted auto. From what I see, it looks like a legit postcard. They are pretty rare and the prices are pretty steep. Check Small Traditions' current auction for a comparison.
