Default Need an opinion on CSA

Lurk enough to know that all grading companies are not created equal. Where does CSA fit in the hierarchy?
Am specifically interested in current eBay M116 Matty.

CSA is consistent.

Cards in their holders are consistently trimmed. The top & bottom borders of that card didn't leave the factory like that.

For legal purposes I'll add that this comment is my opinion.

CSA heirarchy. Got interested in finding out more about them myself. Did a search on Google and resulted in a pretty informative Net54 post a while back:

Will Pete never learn? Bonus points awarded for being inexcusably funny.
