Default What is this - Cooperstown Folder/Booklet

This isn't from a value standpoint, just curious.
My co-worker wanted to know what this was, he couldn't find anything. Has anybody seen one before?
Looks like a little Hall of Fame reference booklet from the 1970s if I had to guess

It is a book that the HOF sold in its gift store. I bought one around 1975 when I visited there as a kid. Mine is perfect bound not spiral bound.

There was a thread on these in the Memorabilia section a few years ago. There have been different editions maybe if my memory serves me going back to 1939???
