Default Show us some of your favorite signed baseballs!

I don't recall if I've ever seen a thread on favorite signed baseballs.
Show 'em if you got 'em!

Here's one of mine:
Johnny Vander Meer circa 1938 signed ball, with Vandy endorsed Goldsmith glove.

Promo baseballs from the shortlived WB Sports brand. Not sure if the autos or real or not but they're a cool momento nonetheless.

My baby lol. Acquired by my father when I was very little at a flea market (for just the cost of the ball!)

I have more but can't find the scans at the moment.

Little league ball signed by Winfield, Ripken Jr, Dale Murphy, Eckresley, Jack McKeon and Bobby Brown. But there is a story behind the ball.

Summer of 1988 we are in Indiana visiting my fathers side of the family and I am 11 years old . All Star Game is in Cincinnati which is about an hour away. My mother sees in the paper that Dave Winfield is doing a book signing in Cincinnati to promote his book. Of course with me being a Yankee fan we take a trip to see him. So we are looking for the bookstore and my dad turns down the wrong street, and we see a huge crowd of people outside of a hotel. In the middle is Strawberry signing autographs. My dad stops the car, and my uncle grabs me and we jump out. The only thing in the car we had to sign was a beat up little league ball I had with my gloves. He grabs that and tries to get Darryl to sign it with no luck. Well then a few other players come out, and was able to get them. My mom is yelling at my dad that we have to go to the book signing or the line for Winfield will be around the corner. My dad says its Cincinnati they hate the Yankees. We finally go to the book store and there is only 3 people ahead of us. The sweet spot on the ball was still open for some reason and Dave signed the ball for me there. And Have been hooked on collecting ever since.

Found more pictures:

Willie Mays

Joe Torre

Joe McEwing

Yogi

Tom Glavine (Who was signing for free at the Palisades Center mall not long after the Mets got him. Also have a picture signed by him too.)

John Franco (Yes, it's in sharpie. Was probably the only thing I had on me at the time :P)

Darryl Strawberry

Dave Kingman

I have more but just haven't the time to photograph them.

Here's my favorite. A bold, fountain pen Cobb. A peach of a Peach It is not single signed but it displays nicely. One of these days, I hope to find a comparable single signed one but I probably wouldn't be able to afford it single signed.

1962 Pirates signed ball with rare Stargell during his first few games with the team (he played just 10 games with them that year).

Three of my favorites.

Signed in St. Louis, at Ruth's hotel, before the 1928 World Series:

1903 Pirates reunion ball--that's Jack Chesbro beneath Wagner:

1927 Yankees:

Inscribed and signed by umpire Billy Evans to actress Edith Luckett. Based on stampings, the OAL ball is from early 1910. Evans umpired three series in Washington in April and Edith Luckett lived in Washington DC, so it's likely the ball was signed in this timeframe. Luckett, later Edith Davis, was only just beginning her career in 1910 and is now known primarily as the mother of Nancy Reagan.

Bummer the inscription and sig were traced/enhanced at some point, but I'll take it.

Full inscription reads: To Edith Luckett From Billy Evans / With a Wish That Some Day She Will Make A Big Hit And Her Star Will Shine Brighter Than Any On Broadway / Billy Evans

This is my favorite, but will probably be relinquishing it soon. If it was from the 7th (I attended), I could never let go of it:

Have many that I like and have posted over the years. One of my faves is one of these WWII team softballs, the one in the middle. Used by guys stationed in the Galapagos Islands in WWII! (Didn't know anybody was stationed there in the war!)

2 of my favorites. My Sinclair Ruth ball not as nice as some of the Ruth balls posted here for obvious reasons but a really neat ball to me all the same. The Maris ball was alot of work and wait for me to find. Still looking for a Mantle ball signed "To Mike"...

Here are two more I am fond of. The signed one from 1995 was my sons first T-ball home run I have kept cubed all these years and the other is the only foul ball I ever caught while at Wrigley field for the fist time ever with my son almost 20 years later! Was a line drive on third base side that I put my arms up to save my face that gave me a 2 week Bruise. My son still gives me grief about it to this day because I was sitting in his ticketed seat and he was in mine so somehow he thinks ball belongs to him...Kids these days!

You were fortunate indeed! That is possibly the best Ruth I have ever seen. If you ever get tired of looking at it let me know I will take it...you dont even need to spend money on postage I would make the road trip....

Default Game balls from Nolan Ryan no-hitters #2,3,4,5, 6 & 7

Many of you know that I am an advanced Nolan Ryan collector & I collect the no-hitter theme.

Here are actual game balls from Nolan Ryan no-hitters number 2-7 from my personal collection.
I have previously shared a couple of these before, but here they are in their entirety. Each of these have terrific provenance, which is why I added them.
Enjoy!

My all time favorite ball....and I'm a Yankee fan.

My grandmother passed away in 1988 when I was 11, and I was just starting to get into baseball cards and autographs (like every other kid that age). My grandmother had cooked for a neighbor, and when she passed away he gave me two autographed baseballs as a thank you for all he had done for her. This Ted Williams signed baseball, and a 1978 San Diego Padres baseball (sort of random, but that ball is loaded with HOFers; Winfield, Ozzie, Gaylord, Fingers, Billy Herman).

I don't have too many signed baseballs, but my favorite would be this single signed (and then printed below) T206 player Jap Barbeau. Can't be too many single signed T206 player single signed baseball out there.
