Watch out Babe Ruth Ball

I saw an ad on craigslist for this Babe Ruth ball that came with a Michael Gutierrez coa. After some research I found the ball was listed on ebay and sold in late August http://www.ebay.com/itm/BABE-RUTH-SI...item565a12131f The new seller on craigslist was asking for $6500. After some communication he never states anything about it not passing JSA or PSA. He claims he bought it recently from a collector. I then ask if he would refund if it didn't pass psa or jsa and refuses to do such.

I then ask if he knows it was already submitted to both companies and failed. He claims he did not. He said he bought it from collector "Bob" and was not aware.

I find this hard to believe that in under 2 months this ball was bought then passed on without the knowledge of failing jsa and psa. Any collector would take 5 minutes to research a ball of such seemingly great quality.
