Default To introduce myself.............

Just found the Forum..............hoping to get some collecting advice,
and access to some nice vintage "Jeffries" boxing material that may surface

I'm 67, a disabled veteran, and collect "Jeffries" Cigarette cards, and the boxers associated to him. ( I am a namesake of the boxer).
My collection is modest.........I focus on "graded" - Mid-Grade (prefer SGC), my budget is limited due to disability income so I'm always on the lookout for good deals, good advice, and "tricks of the trade".

Last, but not least...........I have a LOT to learn - hope to do some of that here.

JJ

Welcome to the board. In case you didn't know, there is a section dedicated to boxing. If you click the "Postwar Cards" icon at the top of the main page, it will take you to another section that includes boxing. There are some very helpful folks over there that will be able to help you out with whatever you may be looking for that's boxing related.

Welcome to the board. There are some very knowledgeable boxing collectors here. "Exhibitman" literally wrote the book on boxing cards, and is a frequent poster here.
