Default 1959 Topps Football

I have some "59" Topps football cards, they are not in mint condition but they are OK.

Jim Taylor
Tobin Rote
Sam Baker
Jim Podoley
Jim Ninowski
Don Bosseler
Harlon Hill
Roosevelt Brown
George Strugar
L. G. DuPre
Abe Woodson
Chuck Drazenivich
And a penant card

Wondering if they are worth anything and should I get them graded?

Unfortunately '59 Topps FB cards are pretty common. I recommend checking ebay's sold listings to get an idea of card values, but commons in decent shape from this set are probably about $1 each. Given the condition of these cards, the cost of grading them would far exceed their value. It is probably best to pass them along to a kid who is interested in the history of football and might enjoy the cards.

The '59 set is a fun, cheap, easy set to put together. You might consider casually working to complete it in raw form if you decide to hang on to these.
