Default "Thoughts on this Ruth?" Part III

Another hard to see Ruth signature. This is a ball in my collection & I'd really like to hear any thoughts on this one. Is anyone familiar with the actual baseball? "Taylor"? "Caylor"? Thanks, Jeremy
