didn't see this one started, so thought I'd ask if there are any others interested in splitting lot 251--the ten m101-4/5 PSA graded HOFers. I have a preferred pecking order in mind, and would be willing to buy anywhere from 1-4 of the ten depending upon price and player. Any takers?

That lot contains a very rare M101-4 Famous & Barr's card (Home Run Baker), since most Famous & Barr's are from the M101-5 set.

That Baker card is #9... which means it is definitely from the M101-4 set.

I don't suppose you want that card first?

I still think you can find people to go in with you to buy that lot who will let you take the Baker card. The other cards are certainly not chopped liver.

I am out, however, since none of them are rookies.

I'd be interested if anybody (or two people, for that matter) wanted part of the other M101-4 lot, which is lot #249. If two people are interested we could take six each or if one person wants to go in it with someone else we could take nine each. Please email me if interested...I don't have any specific cards in mind from the lot so I am flexible in that regard.

Greg

Greg: Do you want to go in together on the uncut M101-4 sheet?

I only want the Ruth, Cobb, Jackson, Sisler and Johnson cards.

You can have the sheet after I cut those off.

Lot #98 is all 19th century stuff. I might be interested in some of the cards if others are?

so long as you pay the first $25K--I'll pay the rest. Actually, never mind, I can't bring myself to joke about cutting up that beauty.

Hal,
I think I could learn to live with Alexander, Baker, Bancroft, Bender, Brown, Cicotte, Collins, Comiskey, Crawford, Evers, Faber, Felsch, Gandil, Hooper, Jennings, Lajoie, Mack, McGraw, Rixey, Roush, Walsh, Wagner, and Weaver. It may take years of therapy to deal with getting only 195 of the 200 M101's, but I think in time I would cope.

If we actually did cut that sheet up I think the baseball card gods would curse us forever.

I'm interested in the Jack Rowe Gypsy Queen.

Lot #88 is as follows:

Myers - SGC40
Richardson - SGC40
Rowe - SGC40
Schoch - with umpire - SGC50
Welsh - Browns Champ - SGC40

Cards generally look better than the grade perhaps due to back damage. Again interested in the Jack Rowe and perhaps a second or third card if that works best.

I'd still be INTERESTED in the Mayo Rusie only.
By the way, Ted, "too" is spelled with two "o"s.

Lot 171 is a group of 9 Hall of Famers from the W600 Sporting Life cabinet set. I'm only looking for one or two of them. Any interest out there in splitting the lot with me? I could take more than 2 if necessary. You can keep the Cy Young, and the high condition Clarke and Brown. Thanks.

Paul

I'm interested in partnering up with a board member or two on the lot of three "A fan for a fans" (lot #704). I like the Matty, but would settle for one other two instead if that better suits your interests. Please contact me at fisherboy7@hotmail.com if interested....thanks
