I don't think officially but young Aronstein could probably provide more details.

However, there is little doubt TCMA was a way for RGI to produce/distribute/sell their cards in addition to what RGI did themselves

Yeah, RGI paired up with TCMA and Topps on multiple occasions. They bought so much product from Topps directly that they had a unique relationship with them which allowed them to print their own sets with the help of Topps. The RGI story gets more and more interesting the more I find out. I'd love to be able to ask her some questions.

These cards do not look like SCFC cards to me and are definitely not TCMA issues. Images appear to be copies of copies and in general the SCFC and TCMA issued card images were far superior. Many used images created from original negs, or contact prints/photos from those negs. Don't think these would have made the cut .

I still think there may be TCMA SCFC cards from 70-71 but I will bow to Mr. Aronstein who has a better grip on what these are not
