I recently became aware of a very interesting college football website. I think a lot of you might enjoy it.

I am a true Buckeye Fan, once I saw the Michagan logo I decided the site was not for me.

Well kinda, I did stop at the Brooke Burke picture...

The real game is Nov 13 when Purdue will kick the buckeye's ass.

That's a game we can all enjoy.

The only game this Saturday is TEXAS A&M vs Oklahoma State. This is where we find out if the Aggies are really a contender in the Big 12 this year. I think not, but my fingers are crossed (hey, it worked for the Astros).

Scott,

The Aggies will contend. Absent a huge stumble by OU, the Aggies will contend for 4th place in the Big 12 South Division behind OU, Texas and OSU. To bad they aren't in the Big 12 North Division. They'd probably win 1st place there.

This week's game probably determines who get's third in the south.

Kenny - what is the name of that fast food chicken place in Oklahoma that fries up bits of jalapenos in the chicken?

Speaking of college football, how has the University of Toronto team been doing lately?

Are you talking about Charlie's Chicken? It has a hot and spicy batter on the menu. So does Popeye's, although that's more Cajun. Those are the only two semi-local fast food chicken chains I can think of.

This place was a fast-food chain, and it's main item was bite-sized pieces of fried breaded chicken with breaded jalapeno slices mixed in - man, was it great!

An internet search found the following recipe, which I'm going to try: http://2worksforyou.com/food/recipes/jalapenochick.shtml

University of Toronto football----ugh!!! I think my 9th grade son could make the team. Sad story for a team that has a proud tradition.
Fortunately, I'm not a grad, so i really don't care. I'm proud to say that Queen's won the National Championship while I was there.

This is pretty much our make or break game vs. OSU this weekend. I'm a first time poster over here - mainly stay on the PSA boards. I'm not a vintage collector (only Nolan Ryans 68-94), but I figured I'd see what these boards were like - pretty interesting stuff. This is probably the only topic I'll be able to make any sort of contribution to at all, living in College Station. But if we can win this weekend, it will give us a ton of momentum, and put us in the top 20. The turnaround this season has been massive - the team is playing with heart they haven't had in 3 or 4 years. Don't be surprised to see them step up in at least one of the two big games left on the schedule, and bowling is definitely an option as well.
